This release of Financial Edge NXT includes several new features and enhancements.

From Journal Entry, you can now export a batch record to an Excel .XLSX file. The export includes data from every transaction that appears in the batch. To export to an Excel .XLSX file, select Export to Excel from the action bar. For more information, see Batch Record in the help file.

In Payables, an Expense tile now appears on invoices that were recorded from an invoice request created online using WebInvoicing. This tile displays the invoice request's attachments, such as scanned receipts, including the date it was added, file size, and name. In the database view,  these attachments appear on the Invoice Request tab of the invoice. For more information, see Invoice Record in the help file.

In SKY Reporting you can now use the Encumbrance filter with Net Assets dashboards to analize transactions associated with encumbered funds, such as Encumbrance or Regular. For more information, see the Net Assets Analysis help topic.

Budgets (Beta)
We also made enhancements to the recently released Budgets functionality. To help view the most important information to you, and to improve your daily workflow, View options for a scenario list now includes Display options. These default column dates, decimals for amounts, and column totals in the list. To view more scenario data and reduce the need to scroll, clear the checkbox for Dates in column header, Decimals, or Column totals in footer.

You can also now export a list of scenarios to an Excel .XLSX file. To create a customed export, use the column chooser and filter options to specify the exact data you need. The export will include data from every page that appears in the list. To export to an Excel .XLSX file, select Export to Excel from the action bar. For more information, see the Budgets (Beta) help topic.
