Meet Anthony Pisano – Your New RP Product Manager!

Hello Community! I am Anthony Pisano and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself as the Product Manager for ResearchPoint.
If my name sounds familiar, you may remember me from the Support team. I started at Blackbaud November 2007 supporting The Researchers Edge and our legacy WealthPoint applications. I spent almost 6 years in Support as both a Support Analyst and Product Support Lead. During this time, we sunset The Researchers Edge and released ResearchPoint.
After taking a few years away from Blackbaud, I am back and ready to jump right into ResearchPoint again.
In my role as Product Manager, I’ll be responsible for the product roadmap as well as future planning and strategy for ResearchPoint.
To know how to build this out, I will be speaking with many of you to understand what you do on a day to day basis and how you RP to meet your needs. I am very excited to hear how we can create things to make your job easier. I am also going to start working on the Ideas you’ve submitted so you can stay up to date on what we plan to do. Keep those coming!
