Getting NA For WealthPoint OnTime Results?

WealthPoint OnTime is a pre-screening wealth solution that identifies prospects who should be touched by your development office because of their capacity for giving. Blackbaud returns the results in 90 minutes, so you can quickly evaluate the results.
The score provided with the results include a WealthPoint Rating of A-G, but your organization may receive an NA.
From this screen shot you can see that there is more going on here than just the results returning with NA. Those city names look a little funny don't they?
This happens when the file layout that was submitted doesn't match your organizations standard layout. WealthPoint OnTime requires that the file submitted to the process has the exact same layout each and every time.
To rectify the issue please complete the following:

- Update the layout of the submission file that failed to match the one that returned results.
- Resubmit the file to WealthPoint OnTime
