Did you catch Michael Quevli’s post last week about prospect research for an event-heavy time of year?  I did (and thought it was great), and it got me thinking about what this time of year signals to me.

It’s been awhile since I managed an annual giving department, but I bet knowing that piece of information clues you in to the pattern that sticks with me year after year.

When September hits I am ready dig in on the end-of-year mailing.  And if the questions coming from clients are an indication, it might be on your mind too.
