AddressFinder Results May Not Download in CRM

Unfortunately we are looking into an issue that is preventing AddressFinder results files from being downloaded in CRM 3.0 and 4.0. After clicking Start Process in ‘Step2. Get file from Blackbaud’ you may receive the following error:
An error occurred before executing the process ‘AddressFinder Get Process’ : Failed to process results file. Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array
We have determined that this error could be due to one of the following issues:
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack. Please let us know if the above suggestions don't resolve this error message for your organization.

- Blank addresses being submitted to AddressFinder
- A submitted address or constituent being deleted or merged before the AddressFinder results were returned.
