A Reminder About Consulting For Data Screening Bundle Clients

If you use the Data Screening Bundle (otherwise known as the Grateful Patient Solution), when was the last time you caught up with your consultant?

If it’s been more than a couple months, the start of the year is a great time to prioritize a conversation—and some consulting time is included in each contract year for this product!  It’s always custom conversation and your consultant can help develop a plan to use the time well, but here are five ideas as a starting place:
  1. Review what’s worked well in the past year, how to resolve pain points, and the ways data can support your plans for maturing your grateful patient program.
  2. Review the queries you’ve been using to surface prospects for your efforts.  Do you need to make adjustments to find the right prospects or to find a right-sized group of prospects to match your staff bandwidth?
  3. Consider ways further customized ResearchPoint training can support your staff.
  4. If you plan to onboard new staff this year who will work with the Grateful Patient Solution, discuss training needs and how to get people up-to-speed quickly.
  5. Discuss best practices for in-depth prospect research, a plan to use the WealthPoint screenings in your ResearchPoint subscription, or next-level use of your tools.
Even if you aren’t ready to talk immediately, it’s a good idea to let your consultant know you’re interested and compare calendars sooner rather than later.  We want to be accessible when you’re ready to chat, and a little lead time often goes a long way!
