Here’s a few scenarios that you might recognize:

I’m calling 2019 “The Year of Yay!” because I’m looking for things to celebrate and be grateful for. Even before the new year has arrived, I have my first one -- it’s the easy-to-use and easy-to-navigate Support Page at Blackbaud.

- You’re new to the ResearchPoint prospect research software and would like to check out our video library. Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Documentation
- You want to look up instructions for importing returned data files into your Blackbaud software. Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Knowledgebase
- You’d like to connect with other customers to talk about best practices or their experiences – or you want to find upcoming events for the User Group you’ve joined. Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Community
- You’ve submitted a batch of records to screen through WealthPoint data sources and get an error message that the batch cannot be processed. Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Blackbaud Status to see if there’s a global issue with a product and it’s expected resolution timeframe.
