Here’s a new year’s gift to every one of our customers…. Blackbaud just made it even easier to find answers, search for resources and connect with other customers or our expert Support Analysts.

At our redesigned Support page (https://support.blackbaud.com) it’s super-easy to find what you’re looking for.

Here’s a few scenarios that you might recognize:
  • You’re new to the ResearchPoint prospect research software and would like to check out our video library.  Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Documentation
  • You  want to look up instructions for importing returned data files into your Blackbaud software.  Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Knowledgebase
  • You’d like to connect with other customers to talk about best practices or their experiences – or you want to find upcoming events for the User Group you’ve joined.  Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Community
  • You’ve submitted a batch of records to screen through WealthPoint data sources and get an error message that the batch cannot be processed.  Log-in at https://support.blackbaud.com and click on Blackbaud Status to see if there’s a global issue with a product and it’s expected resolution timeframe.

Thanks for letting us know Sandra.  I used Chat the other day and it did work for me.  I'll pass along your concerns to a manager so that they'll be able to trouble shoot an issue or wait time management.  Much appreciated!  
Well, except chat no longer works and you have to wait forever to talk to someone on the phone.  But hey, it looks pretty!
