Shortcuts - Favorites by Another Name

We have an exciting enhancement to ResearchPoint 2.95 that allows you to save your favorites as shortcuts and manage them with one click.  This one will save time.  I didn’t want to say favorite tasks per se, because you can place pretty much anything as a favorite.  For instance, you can place the top 5 prospects you are working on, access Wealth and Ratings page, specific research groups you’re focused on, Query, you name it.

Here are some of the highlights:

• Your shortcuts will display on every page in the system, so you never have to navigate away.
  
• Hover over a task and you can add it to shortcuts with one click.
  
• Hover over a shortcut and you have one click to head to where you manage those shortcuts.
  
• If you’ve added it already, the option to remove the shortcut will display when you hover over the item
  
• You cannot add a specific section of a record as a shortcut (like the assets tab of a specific prospect).
  
• You can collapse and expand the entire shortcuts area so it doesn’t take up too much real estate.
  
• You can reorder the shortcuts easily by clicking on manage shortcuts and moving them up or down.
