Yes, it's true. We've made the ResearchPoint import process easier with the new Target Analytics Import App. You install the app on your desktop, and with it you point to your import file. The app automatically determines the delimiter used.
It also attempts to auto map import fields. Any fields it fails to auto map, you can address by simply dragging and dropping matched fields. The app also allows you to save your field mapping so you can reuse the same map in future imports.
