The eTapestry Customer Success Webinar Series Heats Up In June

Starting in June, and for the long-term foreseeable future, Customer Success Manager Geoff Arbuckle is planning lots of new content for eTapestry to help you become more knowledgeable and more efficient with your eTapestry solution!

Hello fellow eTappers. If you're like me, you might be a fan of movies or television shows. You've probably noticed over the past few years that a lot of our favorite movie series or television shows are going through a process called a "reboot". Most of the time, a reboot is just simply code for a fresh start. Instead of saying that a show is starting over, they say it will be getting a reboot. I guess they've decided it just sounds a little more pleasant.

Well, that's what I'm here to announce to you good people of the eTapestry Community. Blackbaud Customer Success is going through a bit of a refresh and reboot. Because of that, I am getting the opportunity to create all sorts of new eTapestry content. We're going to kick things off with a trio of webinars in June. Let's check the listings so you know when you can save your seat and tune into these new sessions!

First up, I plan to try to help lend guidance when someone asks one of the most common questions asked - I'm Brand New and Not Sure What to Do Next... Help! In this session you will learn what you should consider if you are a new customer OR a new user at an organization that already uses eTapestry. We'll talk about navigation, where to look to get an idea of how the org's data has been added, and where you can find some more helpful resources!

The following week, I plan to start to deconstruct some of the more confusing aspects of the eTapestry Solution in the first chapter of a series I'm calling Mysteries of eTapestry and for Part #1, I'm going to take on one of the bigger deterrents for users - Queries! I'll do my very best to help demystify creating queries and what the logic is of how queries are created.
