Welcome to What’s on eTap?: a new monthly feature in the eTapestry Blog!

What’s on eTap? is a monthly digest of upcoming product news, updates, and resources. We work with the entire eTapestry team here at Blackbaud in order to compile the most comprehensive list of resources and news in the eTapestry world. Do you have ideas for how this new monthly post could be made better? Hit us up in the comments section below.

News
Coming in September to your eTapestry database:

  • Updated tinyMCE editor (this is the editor in correspondence, cart, personal fundraising, etc.)

Support
Did you know the eTapestry Support Team has a YouTube Channel? Check it out for quick troubleshooting solutions. You might also try searching Knowledgebase for support solutions.

Online User Community
We are launching an online community for eTapestry customers on August 19. This community will be a place where eTapestry customers can share ideas, best practices, challenges, and solutions with each other. This community will be accessible to any eTapestry customer with a Blackbaud.com login.

Webinars
We have three webinar series that are completely free to all eTapestry Users. Select the series that sound most like you and explore all the learning options coming up in the next month.
New User Orientation:
Welcome to eTapestry! You are probably a new user or someone who is just getting started with the eTapestry database. This webinar series will introduce you to the basic functions of eTapestry.

Freshman Orientation:
Let’s get this show on the road! You are probably in your first year of eTapestry use and are looking for help making all the eTapestry functions work for you. This webinar series is dedicated to providing you with an introduction to all the information you need for successful eTapestry use.

Continuing Education:
Hone your know-how! You are probably a more experienced eTapestry user who is looking for a specific application of eTapestry to fundraising, communications, or volunteer/alumni management. This webinar series is devoted to keeping your abreast of fundraising best practices and how your database can help you achieve them.

Blog
As you have probably guessed, we are also in the process of redesigning the eTapestry KnowHow Blog. In the coming weeks, you will see more posts from us and that a series of posts will speak to a similar theme. First up: how to acquire more donors. Training Opportunities
Online instructor-led classes are free for anyone with an Annual Training Agreement (available with Essentials and Pro packages). You can register for eTapestry classes 24/7 in Training Central with your Blackbaud.com login. Space is limited, so don’t delay!Instructor-led class

Did you know we have a resources home page? This is a great page to link you to the all the support, training, and success resources you will need while working with eTapestry.

Don’t Have a Blackbaud.com login?
If you’re associated with an organization that has eTapestry, you might already have a Blackbaud.com account login. To find out, click Can't log in?, enter your email address, and click Submit . If you have a Blackbaud.com account, we'll automatically send you an email with your user name and a secure link to reset your Blackbaud.com password. Just follow the instructions and you'll be logging into our website in no time.

If you don't have a Blackbaud.com account, one of your colleagues with site administrator rights can invite you to create a Blackbaud.com login.

Forgot your password? No worries. Click here and follow the instructions to reset your password.
