Easy As Boiling An Egg!

My family’s 2018 New Year’s resolution was to eat healthier. With two active hungry teens, I knew this was not going to be an easy task! Especially not time-wise—since I never seem to have enough time between home life and work life. So I resolved to create some nutritious, tasty, and quick meals that wouldn’t break the bank. Easy, right?
Luckily, I discovered a nifty little device that steams eggs to hard boiled perfection in about 11 minutes. And thanks to that nifty little tool, I am now able to quickly craft some protein-rich meals without hovering over a watched pot. This brilliant little egg steamer has really streamlined my meal planning and prep time! I can now make eggy-rich meals and snacks while I’m focusing on other things like washing the dishes or catching up on social media.
