A lot of great stuff has been happening with eTapestry functionality recently. We at Blackbaud University also continue to shape up the user experience so that you can do more with less. Following the updates introduced in this blog post, we’re bringing new users a self-paced course that includes an overview of the system, plus the basics of accounts and journals, all under one roof. This is great news if you are strapped for time (and who isn’t?). In just over an hour, you can get up to speed with some of the most commonly-used tasks, such as searching for and adding accounts. Even experienced users might learn a tip or two, as has been reported by Blackbaud University students.
