Hey, TeamRaiser users! Ever have this problem? You have several volunteers that you want to help manage your TeamRaiser event, but you do not want to give those volunteers access to your full Luminate administrator site. If so, the Event Management Center is the feature for you!

Still not sure if the Event Management Center is right for your organization? Here are my top five reasons for using it:

  1. The Event Management Center allows you to give volunteers access to edit and manage your TeamRaiser events without you needing to create administrator accounts for them on the back end.
  2. You control which tasks various Event Mangers can perform. Only want your volunteers to enter registrations and gifts? You can set that. Want to let volunteers send emails to participants? You can add those permissions to the role. You can even create multiple roles for different volunteers.
  3. You can assign the same volunteer different roles for different events—and you can even customize a specific volunteer's permissions for an event.
  4. You can create and set different "looks" for your Event Management Centers, based on Event Type settings.
