The October/November AddressAccelerator and PostalSaver updates for the United States and Canada were released on Sept 28th, 2020.

If we host your database, you do not need to install this update. We will notify you prior to installing it on our server.

Has anyone gotten this latest update to work? I tried the latest aausoctnov20.exe file, and it only seems to contain the setup.exe and DPV.cas files. What about all the other ones that used to be included?

New US AA files have been released on our site. Try downloading the new file and attempting your update. If you encounter any issues try uninstalling AA and using the new file to reinstall. Contact support if you continue to encounter problems. Thank you!

I am having trouble getting this new AddressAccelerator loaded. Without the setup.exe, you can't do the troubleshooting step of uninstalling and reinstalling the product. The only *.exe is update.exe, which doesn't offer the uninstall option. Other files that were previously included are also missing:
AddressAccelerator Datafiles.msi
ISSetup.dll

Looks like the setup.exe is missing from aausoctnov20.exe. Has the installation process changed?
