This is your place to connect with your peers and MicroEdge staff.  Here you'll be able to get answers to your questions, submit ideas, or learn best practices you can leverage at your from others within the community.
 
What's happening to PowerME?
 
This is a big improvement! We are taking advantage of the Blackbaud Community platform to move most of the PowerME resources to here. For now, support case information is still hosted on PowerME, so you will access that in the same way you are used to at PowerME Case History or use the link you see on the menu here. 
 
What will I get from this Community?
 
This Community is a great resource for your entire staff. In addition to the technical resources posted in the resource library or as solutions in the Knowledgebase, you may find that some of your day-to-day usage questions may be better addressed by your peers that are active users in the Forum.  We have designed Community to be a one-stop-shop for you, with our new and improved resource library, event calendar, and forums, as well as many other great features.   We also included a new System Status page that allows all our hosted clients timely communication about scheduled maintenance and downtime.
 
What can I provide to this Community?
 
There are several ways you can contribute in our Community. Your input and expertise is invaluable! Start a conversation or jump right into an existing one. This is a place to ask questions, discuss common goals and practices, brainstorm ideas, submit ideas to the Product Development Team, and a place to connect with others.
 
What kind of questions are posted here? 
 
Anything and everything goes within our Community. You can ask others how they are using their software or you can share a tip or trick that makes your work day a little easier.   But remember, let’s keep this Community friendly! Keep conversations civil and on topic.  
 
I have a technical question. Where can I get help?
 
Check the resources online here first, and if you don’t find what you need you can either ask your question here in the Community or you can always submit a support case through PowerME or the normal email/phone options.
 
I have a feature request. Where can I share my idea?
 
Great! We’re all ears. Our team is constantly working on features and updates to make your life better, and we love to know which ones are most important to you. You can share your suggestions and vote on others in the Ideas page by clicking “Vote.” 
 
Who should I contact if...
  • I want to learn more about MicroEdge solutions? Visit www.microedge.com or reach out to your Account Executive.
  • I want to contact our Community Managers? Chat directly with Brent within the community forums.
  • I want to report a bug or issue? Create a new post within the Community. If you don’t get the answer you are looking for, submit a case and we'll reach out to you.
 
Cool! How do I get started?
 
First things first, start by filling out your profile.
 
Add your title and organization name to your tagline. Then, enter any additional information about yourself that you want to share with the Community. 
 
You should add your picture as your icon. Photos look best when the height and width are the same. 
 
Then introduce yourself to the Community.
 
You can then type your question, comment, or idea in the box at the top of the home page or you can explore the best practices categories to see if there are any questions that you can chime in on.
 
Most importantly -- have fun.
