Additional organization information displayed in search results
To enable advisors to view more of an organization's information when searching for a grant recipient, the search results on the Grant recommendation form now include additional details.
Under Existing Charity, when you enter text in Search for a recipient, results display that match your text. Previously, only the name of the organization displayed in the results. With this enhancement, additional information also displays — including the charity EIN number (if it exists), the Canadian Charity Number (if it exists), and the charity's address.
Prior Grantee field changed on recommendation submission confirmation email
To fix an incorrectly labeled field in the recommendation submission confirmation email, the Prior Grantee field is now the New grantee? field.
Now, when advisors submit a grant for an organization that already exists in the database — and therefore can be selected from the Select prior recipient list or from the recipient search results on the Grant recommendation form — the New grantee? field in the confirmation email displays as No. When they submit a grant for a new organization, the field displays as Yes.
