Gifts page enhancements
On the Gifts page, we've made an enhancement to how the page displays when there are no gifts to show.
If you do not have any gifts, you'll now see the message You have no gifts to display at this time. The gift summary values at the top of the page — Amount received and Gifts— display as zeroes, and the My gifts only filter option is not shown.
However, if you are viewing as an advisor, and the user that you are viewing has no gifts, but there are gifts for the funds you advise, then the My gifts only filter option displays. When you select it, only the gifts that you've made are shown. If none of the gifts were made by you, then the You have no gifts to display at this time message displays.
Grid configurations now cached
All your grid configurations throughout DonorCentral are now saved in your local browser cache. Now, when you navigate away from a page or log out, your grids will no longer be reset to the default configuration when you return. For example, if you change which columns are displayed in a grid or change the order in which the columns display, those changes will now be saved locally.
Note: Grid configurations are only saved in your browser cache. If you access DonorCentral from another device, the grid configurations will reset back to the default settings.
New setting to hide help
To enable administrators to hide the Blackbaud online help from users that do not have an administrator role, we've added a new option setting in the Control panel.
In Control panel, Settings, Options, under Help, clear Allow users to access Blackbaud Help to prevent non-administrator users from accessing the help. By default, the setting is selected so that users do have access to the help. When users are not allowed to access the help, the question mark icon in the upper-right corner of DonorCentral does not display.
