FIMS 14.72 is Available

Hi everyone - We hope you and your loved ones are well.

FIMS 14.72 is now available for on-premise upgrades. Host*Net clients were updated to version 14.72 on March 17th, 2020.

On-Premise clients must be on FIMS version 14.71 to upgrade. Download the zip file from the FIMS section on Blackbaud Downloads and complete the steps in the FIMS Upgrade Guide.

FIMS 14.72 contains over 70 improvements, including:

Process DonorCentral NXT Online Gifts with the ‘Give to my Fund’ feature -- coming soon to DonorCentral NXT
'Drag and Drop' Gift and Grant documents into the Documents Module
Simplify data conversion using Data Extract improvements
Automate adding Affiliations from DonorCentral Grants
Filter Administrative Fees search results using a Fund ID range to add efficiency to the FIMS admin experience
Copy a Profile Address as an Alternate Address to add efficiency and data integrity
Auto-populate Profile information to add efficiency and data integrity
Add User Affiliations as a Profile data grid column

IMPORTANT for On-Premise customers: FIMS versions 14.70 and greater support Progress OpenEdge 11.6.4 as the minimum supported version. When FIMS 14.72 is used with Progress 10, the newer DonorCentral NXT integration features and Gift Import do not work. For information about upgrading to Progress 11.6.4 or later, see Knowledgebase article 189200, or to learn about moving your data to Blackbaud’s hosted environment in Host*Net, contact Blackbaud.
