Getting Started in the K–12 Community
Welcome to the new Blackbaud K-12 Community,
This is your place to connect with your private school peers and Blackbaud staff. Here you'll be able to get answers to your questions, submit ideas, or learn best practices you can leverage at your school from others within the community.
What will I get from this Community?
This Community is a great resource for your entire school staff. It’s also an alternative to phone and chat support. You can ask your question here and it will be answered by a K-12 expert or your peers.
What can I provide to this Community?
There are several ways you can contribute in our Community. Your input and expertise is invaluable! Start a conversation or jump right into an existing one. This is a place to ask support questions, discuss common goals and practices, brainstorm ideas, submit ideas to the Product Development Team, and a place to connect with others.
What kind of questions are posted here?
Anything and everything goes within our Community. You can post to product specific forums or to the general K-12 discussion. You can ask others how they are using their software or you can share a tip or trick that makes your work day a little easier!
But remember, let’s keep this Community friendly! Keep conversations civil and on topic.
I have a technical question. Where can I get help?
If it’s technical support you seek – ask your question here in the Community and either your peers or someone from Blackbaud will help.
If you don’t find the answer you are looking for or need more specific assistance – you can always CHAT with a support agent. We’ll take care of any wonkiness you may be experiencing.
I have a feature request. Where can I share my idea?
Great! We’re all ears. Our team is constantly working on features and updates to make your life better, and we love to know which ones are most important to you. You can share your suggestions and vote on others in the Ideas tab by clicking “Vote.”
Where can I find updates on new features?
We'll be sharing improvements and new features, perhaps one you've requested, in our Support and Product News Blog.

- I want to learn more about Blackbaud K-12 solutions? Visit k12.blackbaud.com
- I want to contact our Community Managers? Chat directly with Andria or Jake within the community forums.
- I want to report a bug or issue? Create a new post within the Community. If you don’t get the answer you are looking for, chat with support.
First things first, start by filling out your profile.
Add your title and organization name to your tagline. Then, enter any additional information about yourself that you want to share with the community.
You should add your picture as your icon. Photos look best when the height and width are the same length.
Then introduce yourself to the Community.
You can then type your question, comment, or idea in the box at the top of the home page or you can explore the best practices categories to see if there are any questions that you can chime in on.
