[18 Apr 2016] GIFTS Online -- Application Retrieval For Some Clients Is Delayed

A few clients have reported to the MicroEdge Helpdesk that they are unable to retrieve their applications today on GIFTS Online.  The helpdesk has worked with each client to return them the ability to retrieve applications.  This issue is isolated to a few clients only and we are working to find an immediate resolution.  This is a key immediate focus for our development team.  If you run into this issue, please call the help desk immediately. We will continue to post the status and resolution here.
