Update - January 20th, 2017 GIFTS Online Slowness

Update - January 20th, 2017 12:54 pm  - Systems are currently working as normal.


Update 4:51 PM Eastern -  We believe we have identified the problem. You should now be seeing relief from the slowness. We will continue to monitor the situation. Thank you for your patience.

Update 4:14 PM Eastern - We are still investigating this issue and hope to have a resolution shortly.

1:42 PM Eastern - We have received a few clients reporting GIFTS Online being slow. We are aware of the issue and we are currently investigating.

If you are seeing slowness, you can try logging out of GIFTS Online, closing your web browser, clearing your cache and re-opening your browser.
