15 Feb Update - We have continued to research the reported issue and have continued to work to isolate the issue.  We are getting closer and will be prepared to share an update with you tomorrow.  Stay tuned.  

14 Feb - We have received Intermittent reports of challenges when retrieving Submitted Online Applications in GIFTS Online 

We have received intermittent reports of GIFTS Online users receiving messages when trying to retrieve submitted online applications.  When this happens the user receives a Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503 error.  We are currently investigating the issue and will update Blackbaud community, with more information as soon as it is available.
