Update: Mar 8 2017 - GIFTS Online Service Normal

The issue regarding latency-related errors in GIFTS Online (below) has been resolved. If you experience any issues, please contact the helpdesk. We are also taking measures to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future.

Today some GIFTS Online customers are reporting they experience a delay when trying to log in or when taking other actions in the system. In some cases, GIFTS Online may also display an error and the operation may not complete. We are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution to correct this as soon as possible. We will update this post when the issue is resolved.

In the meantime, because these issues are intermittent, if you experience latency or an error, we recommend you try again in a few minutes in order to complete your work.

The issue is specific to GIFTS Online users and is not affecting the grantee portal for grant applicants.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!
