3/17/2017: Errors When Pulling Online Applications Into GIFTS Online

Customers in GIFTS Online are currently reporting issues with "Considering" online applications from the grantee portal, beginning at about 5:00 PM EST. We are currently investigating the issue and will update here when it is resolved.

These issues are not affecting applicants in the grantee portal, or other functionality in GO, and there is no loss of data as a result of this issue. You can continue to retrieve applications from the grantee portal safely, but please be advised that this moment they can not be "considered" (which would bring them into GIFTS Online as Requests) until this issue is resolved.
