6/12/2017: Update: GIFTS Online Service Normal

We have resolved the issues causing GIFTS Online users with data in the US to see a "503 error" intermittently when trying to access GIFTS Online. Customers should now be able to access GIFTS Online without interruption, and will continue to monitor for any changes.

GIFTS Online service intermittently unavailable:
Customers in GIFTS Online in the US data center are currently reporting issues accessing the site, beginning at about 12:30 PM EST today. We are currently investigating the issue and will update here when it is resolved.

These issues are not affecting applicants in the grantee portal or Reviewer Portal, and there is no loss of data as a result of this issue. Customers affected by the issue will see a "503 Error" in their browser when attempting to access GIFTS Online. For steps to work around this issue or report issues you are experiencing, please see this Knowledge Base article.
