Resolved [4 Nov 2015]: Form Design Wizard Edit Functionality

The GIFTS Online service is operating normally.

Update 5 Nov: Form Design functionality was restored to normal yesterday. We have been monitoring carefully since then and are satisfied that there will be no recurrence. The cause was determined to be an external DNS routing that was not responding. We made a configuration change on our servers to bypass that connection.

The GIFTS Online service is operating normally, but this morning we have received reports from some GIFTS Online users that they are experiencing difficulty in using the system’s Form Design Wizard. Specifically, you may be receiving an error message when attempting to create a new form or edit an inactive form. We are currently investigating this issue and will update you once it is resolved or we have additional information.
