Service Update [15 Apr 16] Reports of intermittent slowness

[Update 4:25p Eastern] Service is currently operating normally.  Our internal teams will continue to monitor load times throughout the evening and weekend to ensure the application is balanced and that the applicant experience is not hindered.

[2:45p Eastern] We have received reports of slowness in IGAM when working with applications due to April 15 being a high volume day.  Our technical team is monitoring closely.  We will continue to keep you posted on the status.
