[3 June 16, 12pm ET] Update (Resolved): IGAM, Online Applications: UK Server Slowness Reported By Applicants

[20 June 2016 11am ET] Update : We have added monitoring services across all of our applications to help us monitor load balancing on all servers.  This will give us the ability to look at past trends on high level days and predict future spikes in activity.   

[3 June 2016 12pm ET] Update (Resolved): IGAM, Online Application Sites Were Loading Slowly (UK Server Only Supporting GIFTS Online Clients)  IGAM, Online Application Sites were loading slowly on the UK Server which we were able to isolate to server load and resolve by adding a new server to support the online applications submissions and to prevent a future recurrence. The service is currently operating normally.

Slowness Reported on accessing Online Applications only on our UK Server. The team is monitoring the servers to understand the cause of the slowness and is taking every step possible to return service to normal.  Applicants are able to access applications forms, update fields, attach documents and submit however their experience is slower than their normal browser speed.  Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
