3/17/2017: System status normal for GIFTS, GIFTS Alta, and GIFTS Online

System status is currently normal for the grantee portal for all customers.

Update Mar 3 2017, 7:55 PM: Earlier today, some customers in GIFTS, GIFTS Alta, and GIFTS Online reported issues with "Considering" online applications from the grantee portal, beginning at about 5:00 PM EST. We investigated the issue, found that it was caused by a configuration change made as part of system maintenance, and corrected it. We regret the error and apologize for the disruption.


Please note this has not affected applicants in the grantee portal, or other functionality in GIFTS, GIFTS Alta, or GIFTS Online, and there is no loss of data as a result of this issue. You can resume pulling applications from the grantee portal into your system.

No, we cannot "resume pulling applications from the grantee portal into our system". We had a significant number of applications showing in "online applications and reporting" on Friday when this issue was occurring, and they have all now disappeared from our system - it is currently showing "No applications waiting to be retrieved". These applications have not been moved into "pending" so we have no record of any of those applications. We still need assistance correcting this issue and recovering that data.
