Service Alert [21 Jan 16]: Reports of slowness for applicants

[Update 3:00p Eastern] The service is currently operating normally.
We have been working with Microsoft support to troubleshoot this issue that has caused intermittent slowdowns for the last two weeks. They have provided some recommendations that we are currently implementing. This continues to have our full attention.
{12:45p Eastern] We have received reports of slowness in IGAM when working with applications. Currently our team is actively investigating. Please advise your applicants to continue to try and access their applications.
