Service Update [27 Jan 16]: Ongoing reports of slow response times

This situation remains our highest priority and we continue to work towards resolution. Our hosting and product development engineers have explored a number of avenues, we have engaged our outside technology partners (like Microsoft) and we think we have isolated the precise cause and are finalizing the coding and testing of that solution. I am hoping we will have a remedy ready to test today and are prepared to deploy immediately if it proves to be fully effective.
