2/8, 5:53 a.m. CT: we successfully completed the deployment last night at 11 p.m. ET. Real-time sync, nightly uploads and fund statement uploads are turned on. All data is also up to date. We apologize for any inconvenience and really appreciate your patience. We will send a formal success email today.
2/7, 6:51 a.m. CT: we have finalized our deployment plans and the details are listed below. A formal email is being drafted and will be sent shortly. I apologize for any inconvenience this downtime has caused.
2/6, 5:04 p.m. CT: we have identified a fix and are in the process of finalizing our deployment plan. While we're still finalizing deployment plan details, we hope to deploy sometime this week. I'll provide another update with the final deployment plan details on Tuesday, February 7.
2/4, 4:57 p.m. CT: we're finalizing a resolution plan and will provide an update on Monday, February 6.
2/3, 8:57 p.m. CT: we have discovered an issue that might impact real-time sync between DonorCentral and FIMS. This issue is not impacting the accessibility of DonorCentral. In order to perform the necessary discovery and to identify a resolution path, we are temporarily turning off both real-time sync and the nightly uploads. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide you with situation updates through the weekend.

- We will deploy tonight from 7 p.m. - 2 a.m. ET. This means DonorCentral will be down during this time.
- After deployment is complete we will turn on real-time sync and nightly uploads
- After deployment is complete all customer data will be updated
- So we can deploy quickly and minimize risk, we are going to temporarily turn off fund statement uploads at 2 p.m. ET today. This will allow us to get started behind the scenes before we need to temporarily take down DonorCentral tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
- After deployment is complete we will turn on fund statement uploads
- We're still performing a root cause analysis
