Resolved [April 7 2016 5:10 AM ET] Slow Access To UK Sites

[Updated April 7  08:00 ET] The issue was confirmed to be caused by a disruption to network traffic into our data center caused by a fiber cut. Traffic was re-routed through alternate providers until repairs can be made. Normal service levels are expected.

[Updated April 7 2016 6:06 AM ET] The issue has been resolved and sites are loading normally.

We have received an alert on this matter and are currently investigating the issue.
