Updates To Blackbaud CRM System Requirements

With 4.0 Service Pack 8 and 9, we have made a few updates to our system requirements.  In Service Pack 8, we now support the Microsoft Exchange integration for Office 2016 and Exchange Server 2016.  And with Service Pack 9, we support the Microsoft Office integration for Office 365.  However, the support of Office 365 does not allow for mail merges and OData to be performed through the web.  To perform mail merges and use OData functionality, please access the desktop version of Microsoft Office.
 
We now support Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013 and Exchange 2016.  The Microsoft Office integration supports Office 2010, Office 2013 and Office 2016.
