BBCRM 4.0 Service Pack 9 Is Now Available

I’m excited to announce the release of BBCRM 4.0 Service Pack 9 is now available on the downloads page of blackbaud.com.
Service Pack 9 addresses 96 defects and includes 11 value adding features.

Highlights of Service Pack 9 include:
BBCRM Enhancements
- Address Finder and Deceased Finder data transfer changes to improve security, scalability and performance
- Globally add multiple attributes of the same category to a constituent provides more capabilities to add attributes of the same category
- Gift processing usability improvements for defaulting appeals on event registrations, pledges and recurring gifts
- Support for Office 365
BBIS Enhancements
- New ability to reorder attributes on user login part
- A new configuration is available for site administrators to configure which titles in your CRM title code table you want to display for your online users
- A new setting in Administration will now show you how many records are waiting to integrate into CRM.
- Send to non-primary email types
- With SP9, you can now send messages originating from BBIS to non-primary email types. For example, if a business school only wants to send to the business address, you can now configure this within your email Template or email Message. Note: if a constituent does not have an email address of the type specified, the system will default back to their primary email address.
- Send final count
- Previously, when sending an email through BBIS, dynamic lists were reloaded only after the ‘Send Final’ button was selected. In this new version, before email administrators commit to sending the final message, a user interface enhancement will display a new tab. This new tab contains information about the list(s), including the number of recipients for each list and the last time each list was reloaded. This enables administrators to refresh the lists before sending, to ensure messages are going to the correct recipients.
