Notice of Extended Support for Blackbaud CRM Version 3.0

Hi everyone! To keep communication open around our supported versions, we wanted to remind you that Blackbaud CRM version 3.0 will enter Extended Support on December 31, 2016.
As noted in the Blackbaud CRM Notice of Support End Dates, Extended Support for 3.0 will begin on December 31, 2016, and will remain in effect through December 31, 2017. The Extended Support state indicates that Blackbaud will patch only Critical issues as determined necessary during this timeframe.
You can view the updated Blackbaud CRM Release and Support Lifecycle Policy as well on the Community. For more information about upgrading, please contact your Technical Account Manager or Client Success Manager.
