I am having the same issue as Rochelle. I don't see an option to register here. I also can't see links to any of the previous on-demand videos.
Thanks!

Rochelle and Sonja, I think it's because you need to have access to the community.  To request access, please use this link:

I have been asked by my team to find out the "role" needed in order for folks on my team to see the registration links.  Please advise.

Hi Rochelle, where are you asked to provide a 'role'?

The individual who is in charge of setting up users on our team to access the Blackbaud community asked if there was something she needed to do on her end.

Rochelle, let me find out what is needed.  I would think your team member's job title would be enough or role is 'user' of BBCRM.   Let me confirm and get back to you.

During last week's webinar, we were told that bug fixes by release are listed in a patch report.  We see the Bug History report, but it does not indicate which service pack the fix is in.  Is there a document available that lists bug fixes by service pack?

Rochelle, Patch report will give you the bug history and the build number/version number that they are fixed in. It does not list the SP. However you can find the version number for our SP using the KB tip below:

Please let us know if this helps.
