New Blackbaud Altru Features

Starting next week, you'll find new features in Altru! This release is all about saving time and improving efficiencies! Here are some of the highlights:
  • Credit Card Updater service: With Altru 4.9, the Credit Card Updater service is available for Altru clients with Blackbaud Merchant Services™. Credit Card Updater helps minimize disruptions in monthly giving by automatically updating lost, stolen, or re-issued credit card data—saving your staff time on member outreach. This popular service has already delivered strong returns for other Blackbaud customers. An average 3% of credit cards on file require updating every month!
     
  • Adding constituents to a group in bulk: To improve efficiency in group management, you now have the ability to add multiple constituents to a group at once, rather than one at a time.
     
  • Mark constituencies inactive: You can now mark constituencies as inactive, which can improve your system performance by reducing the amount of data to filter on activities like queries.
