Published

Do you want to learn more about configuring your membership programs? Maybe you want to dive into tasks, such as membership reports and smart queries? I am excited to announce a brand new class, Altru: Membership Program Management, which can help you efficiently work through the entire membership cycle.

From configuring memberships of all types, to more advanced membership transactions, to the basics of membership reporting, this class gives you the skills you need to effectively manage all of your membership programs.

Click here to learn more about this class or register for an upcoming session. If you have any questions or need help registering, please reach out to our Training Help team at traininghelp@blackbaud.com.

I hope to see you in our first session on Oct. 10, at 1:00 p.m. ET!

Alert: If you’ve previously taken our recently retired class, Altru: Membership Program Configuration, I encourage you to check out the Altru: Membership Program Management class, to expand your knowledge base. The new class includes concepts from the retired class, and builds on those concepts with more content and awesome interactive, hands-on activities!

Hi Eric,
As of September 1, Altru training is now only available with a Learn Subscription through Blackbaud University– which is why you are seeing that price listed. We are actually pretty excited to offer Altru training, because this means we can invest in creating content that allows for an interactive, hands-on user experience, and is completely up to date with the software. A lot of organizations decide to get a subscription, because it allows all users at your org to take unlimited training in a certain time period. The $300 price is reflecting what you would pay for a one time session. I’m happy to put you in touch with someone who can tell you more about the new BBU/Altru training experience – let me know if you’re interested.
$300?!
This sounds wonderful! Sign me up!!
