The User Experience team needs your help!

How do you think about the concepts you’re asked to deal with as part of your job every day? How do they relate to each other (or not)? What words do you use to describe those relationships?

Strange questions on their own, I suppose. But extremely helpful for folks like myself (I’m a Senior User Experience Researcher on the UX Team at Blackbaud) to improve our existing products and start new projects off on a good foundation.
