We Want Your Feedback: Altru Survey Coming This Week!

In June of 2016, some of you probably saw a survey pop up in Altru asking about your overall experience using Altru. We had 435 responses representing 183 different organizations, and are grateful for your participation. Your feedback has led to several changes across the Altru experience including:

As we continue with these efforts, we would like to again solicit your feedback. This week, you will receive the same survey in Altru focused on the general usability of Altru. Training enhancements:
- Training is more easily accessible from the Help Panel within Altru
- Update to existing Blackbaud University courses to add fresh content and hands-on learning
- Expansion of our video library to include interactive e-learning
- Introduction of the Altru Fundamentals Certification
Documentation enhancements:
- We totally revamped our How-to Resources page to make all how-to resources (including training) easier to find. It also focuses on how to get started with Altru.
- Released the updated Altru for Beginners book and mailed out lots of copies! If you didn’t receive a copy and would like one, please e-mail docs@blackbaud.com to request your hard copy.
- Added a print button to the help topics and the ability to send feedback
- Added several new in-product notifications and walkthroughs this past year. Altru FAQs and Query FAQs are updated monthly with popular resources on these topics . We also added a group of walkthroughs which guide you through resolving ticket and receipt printing issues
Support enhancements:
- The support team implemented more training on performance issues and a more targeted set of questions that reduced the time to resolve performance cases 89% in 2016.
