Staging Environments Upgraded Today

As a reminder Staging Environments were upgraded today (1/8/18) to version 4.99 of Altru. With this release we made some changes to our staging environment for performance enhancements of the staging environments.
Due to this, your organization may have to reconnect the SSO (Blackbaud ID) usernames and passwords again in your Staging Environment. Please note, that this will not affect your Production environments.
Please refer to our Single Sign On page for all of the instructions on setting your account up. If you have trouble entering your old Altru credentials, please contact support for assistance.
Be on the lookout for notifications confirming the date that your Production Altru Database will be upgraded in the coming weeks!
