National Customer Support Week - GMBU Style
Published
Its National Customer Support week and this year we’re showing our appreciation for our GMBU Customer Support staff with a Customer Support week cruise! We’re bringing all the fun of the high seas to Customer Support without leaving the comfort of home. We’ve had a great year so far and we’re thrilled to be able to celebrate our accomplishments in better serving our customers. Among the successes are our best Average Speed of Answer in three years, our record-breaking First Contact Resolution, adding over 2,000 Knowledgebase solutions this year, and continuing to increase our proactive support with webinars, email campaigns, call campaigns, and newsletters.
To set the mood, we’ve decked out our offices with tropical themed décor. All of our passengers received an itinerary as they boarded Monday morning with the full week’s events including a welcome breakfast, a Tacky Tourist theme day, deck games, a popcorn bar, movies, a Port of Call Potluck, and an online scavenger hunt. We’re also treating our Customer Support staff to a pizza lunch, a bon voyage breakfast, and Friday afternoon refreshments.
You can follow all the fun online and share your love with our Customer Support teams using #bbcswk13 or by leaving a comment below for us to share with the team. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy:
