2014 Annual Support Conference

Here at Blackbaud, our #1 goal is to serve you … and serve you well. As you can imagine, we regularly provide training for our teams…all throughout the year. However, once a year we ask everyone to give up a Saturday and spend an entire day refreshing their product knowledge, process knowledge, and “soft skills” including troubleshooting and customer service skills. We also use it as an opportunity to have fun and get to know our co-workers better. This year, we had over 150 of your support experts attend!!
We offered trainings on web design, bank reconciliations, pivot tables, reports, Knowledgebase, case management, exceeding customer expectations and much, much more!
And yes, we definitely think pivot tables are cool.
We also had a little fun….we did some team builders and icebreakers, played Family Feud, and took a lot of pictures and selfies!
We often talk at Blackbaud about the importance of training and we wanted you to see that we are taking our own advice!
