Greetings and welcome to the first Renewals Team Blog! We are so excited to share with you all of the exciting things going on with Blackbaud and the Renewals Team! We hope our blogs will act as a tool for you to get to know the Renewals Team a little bit better and understand what we do and how we can help you. Also, our blogs will address a number of frequently asked questions and inform you of any changes to the renewals process.

My name is James  and I will be supervisor of the blog.  I have spent the last two years here on the Renewals Team and work exclusively with you who own The Raiser’s Edge. I love working with this group because I am continually inspired by the passion that you have for your mission and reaching your goals!
