New Knowledgebase and Search Engine Coming to Blackbaud.com

We’ve begun a project to replace our Knowledgebase (KB) and search engine on Blackbaud.com to make it easier for you to find the information you need.

We’re making KB publicly available so you won’t have to log into Blackbaud.com to search it, and so our KB articles will display in Google and other search engines.

We’re also implementing a new search engine so you won’t have to go to separate destinations to find information; relevant content will be grouped together so you’ll know if it’s in Knowledgebase, user guides, or YouTube videos.

We’re really excited about this project and hope you are too! We’re working on the timeline and we’ll let you know when we expect the new systems will be available. We’re looking forward to sharing more information about this project with you in the coming months, including features and beta testing opportunities.
