Case Creation Emails & You!

Recently, we made a change to our case creation emails to help you keep your cases organized when you open a Blackbaud Support case on Case Central.

When a Support case was created on Case Central before, you received an email that referenced the case number and product only:

Now, when a case is created on Case Central, you will receive an email including the case number and the title of the Support case:

This will make it easier when tracking communications with us and, as an added bonus, if you can’t remember a case number; you can now search for the title of the case within your inbox to quickly identify those emails.

We also shortened the length of the email that was attached to these emails that quickly point you to Case Central to leave notes, attachments and see updates to your current cases.
