Holly's Helpful Hints: Discover The New Community Login Experience

Published
We've given the login page a brand new look!

When you sign into Blackbaud Community, you can now choose to use a new streamlined login. From here, you'll sign in — including through Google — and manage your password as you always have. As before, you'll also use this same login and account to access other Blackbaud resources like Raiser's Edge NXT. Just think of it as us clearing the Welcome mat so you can get in and get active quickly and easily!

In the future, everyone will use this new login to sign into Blackbaud solutions. To jump on the bandwagon early, just select "Try it now!" the next time you sign in!

It is a bit more streamlined. Looks a bit different but seems to have almost the same feel. Thank you Holly!
Hi Holly, I've clicked on this "Try it now" button, but all it does is take me to an error page.  Can you please verify that it's really truly up and running?  Thanks!
Hey Audrey! You're right, this update largely just provides a streamlined login for the Community and other Blackbaud resources and solutions like Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, and ResearchPoint. The "one login to rule them all" experience you describe also applies to those solutions, where they use the same Blackbaud account as the Community. We're working to support that same single sign-in for other solutions in the future, so stay tuned! Thanks!
I'm not sure how this is different than what currently exists? Since you still have to create a separate account with email/password or sign in through Google. I had been under the assumption that this easier sign-in meant when you logged into your Blackbaud product with your username/account, it automatically logged you into the Community, etc. without having to sign in again with a separate email account you've set up or through Google.
