Holly's Helpful Hints: How To Give Feedback About The Community

Published
Did you know that your team of Blackbaud Community Managers sit down for a couple hours every week and talk about ways we can make this Community better for you?

Did you also know that a lot of our ideas and programs start with an idea our community members shared with us?

One of the things we're most proud of as a Community team is our commitment to building and growing a Community that is "member-centric." To that end, we offer up opportunities for every Community member to provide feedback and ideas, not only on their Blackbaud solutions and services, but on the Community as well.

One of the best places to share ideas, feedback, or thoughts with us, is in our Community Feedback Forum. You can find it here. If you scroll through, you can see everything from suggestions on better ways to organize a page to ideas for how to become more active in the Community. Every idea is welcome and we'd love to hear from you!

So, do you have any ideas for how we can make the Blackbaud Community a better experience for you? Share them now!

And, while you're reading this post, click on each of the Community Managers' names above and send us friend requests.

Your helpfult hints and efforts to engage us are beneficial! I have met so many people on here that have helped me grow in my position. Thank you Holly.
Not sure if this is where I should comment or not. But I connected with Chat Support regarding an issue I have in FE. I want to only be able to see active bank or credit card accounts in the drop down menu when choosing an account. They said this isn't an option right now but that maybe this can be looked into and possibly be put out to a vote. I know this would make things easier for us, since we can't delete accounts that have had any activity.

Thanks for your time.
Sherry
Thank you Holly! The reminders of where to find items in the community are always helpful.
